This week was heavy on appointments and light on workouts. You’ll notice I’m not a live in leggings type of person, unless I’m actually working out. I do have my days when I dress in workout clothes all day long though!

On Mondays, Sybil and I drop Lawson off at preschool and run 1.75 miles to the library for Music and Move class. Then we run back to pick up Lawson. Sybil is great in the jogging stroller as long as I bring a lot of snacks!

Most of the time, Lawson and Sybil take pretty good photos for me (with or without bribery, depending on the day). I think we were all a little tired yesterday. Windblown hair, bad shading and Sybil in the photo is the best we got. Oh well, there’s always tomorrow!
