White jeans for summer are a must on my list. They don’t get as much wear as my go to light blue denim jeans or shorts, but I’m always glad I have them.
My lifestyle is very casual these days. What does it say about me that I consider this a date night outfit??! I could easily swap out the heels and bag for my everyday Birkenstock sandals and Madewell tote. Voila, mom style for the win! In fact, I may wear that exact outfit for our plane ride home.
A few years ago I invested in a pair of Stuart Weitzman wedges. Although I don’t wear them often, it was one of the best purchases I’ve made. They are a classic style that look as good three years after I bought them. The neutral shade goes with everything which eliminates the need for any other wedge sandal. I love the way they look with a pair of white jeans for summer.
After 12 days of family fun in Minnesota, we’re headed back to Colorado tonight. Lawson, Sybil and I are very excited to reunite with Jim. I will miss my daily visits to the coffee shop, but I’m ready for the rest of summer! It will be a busy three weeks with doctor appointments, a camping trip to Rocky Mountain National Park, a visit to San Diego for a little beach time, celebrating my birthday, Sybil’s birthday and the start of preschool.
Yikes, when I list it out like that it seems a bit overwhelming in the best of ways. All that fun just means I need a good list to keep track of everything!
